About Phoenix

Phoenix Breathwork is one of Europe’s fastest-growing breathwork and nervous system education companies.

We deliver large-scale events, facilitator trainings, corporate experiences, retreats, online courses, and community experiences across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and internationally.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Content & Media Manager to take ownership of our content ecosystem and help build Phoenix into the leading breathwork and nervous system education brand in Europe.

This is not a basic social media posting role.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, manage content systems, and turn the experiences happening inside Phoenix into world-class content.

About the role

Your Mission

To build and manage a content engine that consistently turns Phoenix events, trainings, online courses, testimonials, founder experiences, and community stories into engaging content that grows our audience, strengthens our brand, and drives registrations.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

●  Managing and executing the Phoenix content strategy, content calendar, and content pipeline across all platforms.

●  Turning events, trainings, courses, founder experiences, testimonials, and community stories into engaging content that supports audience growth, brand awareness, and registrations.

●  Managing content distribution across social media channels, ensuring consistency in quality, messaging, and publishing cadence.

●  Extracting, repurposing, and maximising value from existing content assets, including recordings, podcasts, trainings, events, and educational materials.

●  Building and maintaining an organised, searchable content library and content management system.

●  Managing founder content and documenting the ongoing growth and evolution of Phoenix through compelling storytelling.

●  Coordinating content capture before, during, and after events, including briefing photographers, videographers, and creative contractors.

●  Monitoring content performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes based on data and audience insights.

●  Reporting regularly on content output, performance, key learnings, and business impact to the leadership team.

●  Taking ownership of the continuous improvement of Phoenix’s content systems, processes, and overall content effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like Within 90 Days

●  Founder content is being published consistently.

●  Educational content is being published every week.

●  Testimonials and transformation stories are being regularly shared.

●  Event content is organised, accessible, and published promptly.

●  Phoenix has a structured and searchable content library.

●  Existing content is being consistently repurposed into new assets.

●  Content quality, consistency, and output have improved significantly.

●  Clear reporting systems are in place and leadership has visibility on content performance and impact.

●  The founder and leadership team spend significantly less time managing content operations.
