Perform comprehensive analysis of data to derive actionable insights and identify trends within our ecosystem.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from diverse sources.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to support data-driven decision-making.
Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and crypto space to provide strategic recommendations.
Your craft
Bachelor’s degree in field related to data science, marketing or analytics preferred; Master’s degree in Data Science or Data Analytics a bonus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific exposure to rapidly growing gaming or B2C companies; Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized technologies preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.
Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum) and understanding of smart contracts is highly advantageous.
Past experience setting up analytics tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial, and/or other marketing analytics tooling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
AdOps experience with an understanding of concepts around attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
