Responsibilities
🚀 Your role with us
- You look after your customers from the first contact to the contract extension – personal, committed, solution-oriented
- You will advise on open source subscriptions, support contracts and additional services (e.g. SUSE, Red Hat, GitLab, HashiCorp)
- You build your own customer base and strategically develop existing accounts
- You will identify new business opportunities and work closely with our technical teams
- You bring structure to your pipeline, take care of forecasts and maintain your CRM
- You are present – at community events, trade fairs or in digital exchange formats
Qualification
💡 What you bring to the table
- Experience in account management, sales or customer success in the software/IT sector required
- Knowledge of open source business models (subscriptions, support, consulting) desirable
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for technology
- Structured, self-organized way of working – even in a remote setting
- Enjoy intercultural cooperation and an open, international team
- Very good knowledge of German (C1+) as well as good English in day-to-day business
