Job Description
The Digital Business Academy is an educational institution that accompanies job seekers on their way to a future-proof career in digital sales.
Our centerpiece: a practical, 8-month training course in the field of Digital Sales Management, which is 100% eligible for funding via the education voucher of the Employment Agency.
To strengthen our advisory team, we are looking for empathetic and analytically strong personalities who will support our interested parties in reflecting on their professional situation and developing new perspectives – and accompany them safely through the application process with the employment agency.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct initial interviews with interested parties (B2C) who are interested in our training (pre-qualified via website, campaigns & partners).
- You will analyze the current professional situation, identify hurdles in the labor market and find a perspective together with the candidates.
- You will provide individual advice on our training in the field of Digital Sales Management – clear, honest and motivating.
- You explain why digital sales offers a real job opportunity – even for career changers.
- You will accompany the participants through the application process with the employment agency – including a declaration of needs, documents, communication with the mediator.
Qualification
- Proven sales experience – you have already actively sold (e.g. outbound, inside sales, closing) and are used to having conversations, handling objections and making decisions.
- Strong empathetic conversation – you can really listen to people, put yourself in their situation and get them to speak through good questions (no reading, no rattling).
- Conclusion & goal orientation – you work in a structured way, know KPIs and have the ambition to lead conversations to a clear decision, without pressure or manipulation.
- Structure & commitment – you conduct conversations cleanly, adhere to follow-ups and document your work reliably in CRM.
