About the Position:

Realiste AI is looking for an experienced manager to gather information on developer projects in new online markets, with timely communication with developers and data providers.

Business Model:Our business model revolves around organic user engagement and delivering extensive market insights. We provide complimentary access to our platform, supported by a dedicated team to assist users in property selection and transaction facilitation. Real estate developers pay a nominal commission, generating a substantial revenue stream for the company.

Basic computer skills.

Fluency in English (B1 – C1) and Russian.

Knowledge of Turkish or Spanish will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

Regularly collect and update information on primary real estate properties/projects from various online sources.

Develop a database of properties in a unified format.

Communicate with the internal BD team.

Periodically communicate with data providers (developers/aggregators, etc.) via phone/messengers.

Assist in automating the data collection process.
