Our HR team is growing and looking for an HR Generalist to join us, reporting to Associate Director of HR.

As an HR Generalist at Medbridge, you will support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that help maintain a smooth and positive employee experience for our team members. You will manage day-to-day people operations, benefits administration, compliance, performance processes, and culture-focused activities. This role plays a key part in supporting managers and employees, ensuring HR processes run efficiently, and helping our workplace reflect our values. You will assist in building and maintaining scalable processes, support best practices, and make a meaningful contribution to the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers, addressing daily inquiries and fostering a positive, inclusive, values-driven work environment.
- Execute the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding (paperwork, compliance, orientation, first-week setup) and offboarding (exit interviews, documentation), while maintaining accurate HRIS records and ensuring data integrity.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, qualifying life events, leave of absence management and vendor coordination.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives, including and not limited to review cycles and engagement programming.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support audits, reporting, and classification reviews; and prepare HR metrics including turnover and headcount.
- Assist with planning and executing company events—both in-person and virtual—contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-growing environment, with strong knowledge of HR fundamentals including people operations, benefits administration, employee experience, engagement, and culture-building.
- Proficiency with HR systems (preferred: Paylocity, CultureAmp) and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary Range: $80k-$90k
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate’s skills, capabilities and experience.
