In our People Experience Team, you will independently take on people operations topics: from the maintenance of employee master data to internal employee administration and personnel controlling. Your new dream job

In this role, you will be a central point of contact for people operations and will be responsible for topics and projects independently.

  • People Operations Support: Be the first point of contact for employees via our People Operations Inbox. Process inquiries about contracts, vacation, benefits and HR processes independently – in German and English.
  • On- & Offboarding: Design a structured and personal onboarding that gives new employees orientation and security, and accompany offboardings professionally and appreciatively until completion.
  • Ownership & Process Responsibility: Take on independent People Operations topics and projects – from analysis to implementation to further development. In doing so, you will analyze existing processes, develop scalable solutions and work independently on HR projects.
  • Personnel Controlling & Reporting: Maintain and develop existing HR reports, build dashboards and work closely with the People Team Lead to make HR data usable for informed decisions.

Your superpowers

  • HR tech affinity: You have already had contact with HR tools such as Personio, Leapsome, SAP or rexx and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • Structure & Precision: You work methodically and with attention to detail and ensure that administrative processes are implemented cleanly, consistently and reliably.
  • Independence & Ownership: You recognize tasks yourself, prioritize sensibly and take responsibility for topics and projects until completion.
  • Hands-on mentality: You tackle, advance issues and proactively tackle new tasks.
  • Communication skills & empathy: You always approach employees in a friendly, solution-oriented and professional manner – both in German and English!
  • Identification with our values: You live our corporate values and can fully identify with our mission.
  • Analytical & number-oriented thinking: You have a great interest in personnel controlling and enjoy evaluating HR data and improving processes.
  • Basic understanding of labour law: You have initial knowledge of employment law and know how important clean and compliant HR work is.

Your typical day at Digistore24

  • Structure is everything: To get started, you get an overview of your tasks. You check incoming requests, look at upcoming due dates and prioritize your to-dos so that nothing gets lost.
  • Employees in focus: Then you process the inbox and the requests it contains from our staff. You answer questions about holidays, contracts or benefits independently. Administrative tasks such as creating certificates or creating new employees in the system are also part of this for you.
  • Keep data up-to-date: In HRIS, you ensure that master data is maintained correctly. Whether it’s contract changes, onboarding or offboarding, you keep track of everything and ensure smooth processes.
  • Now it’s time for a virtual coffee call: The next 15 minutes are reserved for a relaxed exchange over coffee with a teammate.
  • Getting better together: In team meetings, you will make suggestions on how processes can be optimized – for example, in our new salary system or in reporting workflows. You will participate in discussions, set impulses and actively shape improvements.
  • In between, consciously take time for your lunch break, eat something and take a short walk. Working remotely gives you flexibility and allows you to organise your breaks yourself.
  • Figures at a glance: With a clear head, you dedicate yourself to HR controlling topics. You will build a dashboard, evaluate key figures such as fluctuation or time-to-hire and thus provide the basis for well-founded management decisions.
  • … Is it already evening?: At the end of the day, you check your open points, make sure that everything is done on time and prepare the to-dos for the next day.
