Responsibilities

Role description

As a HubSpot Solutions Developer, you will combine strategic thinking, technical system understanding and strong implementation skills. You plan and orchestrate complex HubSpot implementations, design integration architectures, and work closely with our B2B customers as well as internal teams. You will take on technical responsibility for the setup, operation and expansion of sophisticated go-to-market infrastructures – including custom integrations with ERP, accounting or analytics systems.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, repeatable, and extensible HubSpot system architectures
  • Technical scoping and consulting of customer projects (PreSales & Delivery)
  • Implementation of HubSpot solutions: CRM setups, workflows, lead management, dashboards Design and technical support of middleware/API integrations with third-party systems
  • Creation of mapping documentation, data flow diagrams and technical specifications
  • Support for complex fault analysis, 2nd/3rd level support and QA
  • Coaching of consultants in the project team on technical standards and best practices
  • Technical contributions to the further development of our service products and GTM offerings

Typical daily routine

  • 09:00-09:30: Daily planning and check-in, CRM/Slack check, support ticket processing
  • 09:30-10:30: Customer workshop on technical system structure or architecture
  • 10:30-12:00 a.m.: Documentation of integration concepts, data mapping
  • 12:00-13:00: Lunch break
  • 1:00-2:30 p.m.: Project Work – Implementation Tasks: API Connector Support, Custom Object Setup
  • 2:30-3:30 p.m.: Internal coordination on customer projects
  • 3:30-5:00 p.m.: Accompaniment of middleware setups (Make, Zapier, etc.) or technical reviews
  • 4:30-6:00 p.m.: Project work – knowledge transfer, templates, documentation & conclusion of the day

Qualification

Must-haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot (CRM, Sales/Marketing/Service Hubs)
  • In-depth understanding of API structures, data models, automations
  • Demonstrable experience in the technical implementation of complex integrations
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly (internally & on the customer side)
  • Experience with tool landscapes in a B2B SaaS or professional services context
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)

Nice-to-haves

  • More than 3 years of experience in consulting-related and customer-oriented roles such as product management, project management or consulting
  • Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations roles
  • Experience in data migration and quality assurance frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset or startup background
  • Experience with middleware such as Make, Zapier
  • Experience with complex CRM migrations and/or RevOps processes
