Job Description
• Social Media Advertising Management: Create, run, optimize, and analyze ad campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat, testing new audiences and creatives.
• Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing overall social media strategies, including research and new product launches.
• Content Creation and Trend Awareness: Stay current with trends (especially video), make minor video edits, and be proficient with basic editing tools.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Research competitors and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Professional Development: Take responsibility, view mistakes as learning opportunities, and be disciplined with planning and deadlines.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Education: Student (of the last year) or graduate from Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Creative industries, or a similar field.
• Experience: Prior experience with social media advertising (especially with TikTok and Snapcht advertising).
• Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, creative & interpersonal skills.
• Trend Awareness: Be passionate about social media and stay up to date with the new trends.
• Other Skills: Familiar with data analysis tools; Good English language skills; Willingness to learn and develop daily.
