Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven Junior Web Developer excited to explore AI tools and platforms (like Replit) for rapid prototyping. This is a hands-on, experimental role ideal for a smart, curious, and proactive developer with 2–5 years of experience looking to build early-stage tools with immediate real-world use cases. You’ll work directly with the founder, acting as a technical counterpart to brainstorm, test, and launch internal solutions. 

Responsibilities:

Rapidly prototype internal tools using Replit or similar AI-assisted platforms.

Collaborate with the founder to turn high-level ideas into working features.

Integrate with third-party platforms such as Stripe and ACH-based payment systems.

Troubleshoot and iterate quickly on MVPs and internal applications.

Document workflows and communicate roadblocks clearly.

Work on dashboards, reporting tools, and automation scripts for internal use.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in web development (can be freelance, academic, or startup-based).

Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend logic.

Ability to work independently and translate business needs into technical execution.

Demonstrated interest or prior use of AI tools (e.g., Replit, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).

Comfortable integrating APIs and working with platforms like Stripe. 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with full-stack development.

Experience with Stripe ACH integrations or other payment systems.

Prior experience building internal tooling or automation workflows.

Understanding of rapid MVP building methodology.

Software & Tools:

Replit, GitHub

Stripe (ACH integrations)

APIs (varied based on project)

Notion, Slack, and other collaboration tools. 

Schedule: Flexible between 9-5 EST 

Compensation & Benefits:
