Job Description:

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to specialize in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content across various social platforms while unifying paid and organic marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social (Meta Advertising)

    • Build and manage performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) across full funnel (awareness → conversion).
    • Analyze campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC) and optimize continuously.
    • Test new creative angles, hooks, formats, and audiences; scale successful ads quickly.

  • Creative & Content Production

    • Design static and video creatives in Canva aligned with brand tone and campaign messaging.
    • Coordinate with UGC/content creators: define briefs, collect assets, manage timelines.
    • Edit and adapt content—trimming, adding overlays, resizing for platform best practices.
    • Repurpose creator content efficiently for paid and organic use across channels.

  • Organic & Cross‑Platform Social Delivery

    • Publish and schedule posts on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring messaging and timing cohesion.
    • Repurpose ad-style creatives into engaging organic content (e.g. TikTok/Reels) using a program such as Opus Clips.
    • Monitor community engagement and social trends, adjusting content accordingly.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Attend regular meetings with Meta, SEO team, and Google Ads teams to coordinate synchronous campaigns.
    • Align Meta promotions with broader marketing calendar including email and SEO initiatives.
    • Provide performance insights and share best practices across channels.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
  • Proficiency in design software, preferably Canva.
  • Experience with social media management and content production.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and community engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
