After two years of strong client-focused work, our client is now expanding their brand presence through digital channels.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Marketing & Personal Branding Manager to support our client’s brand growth, online visibility, and inbound business development efforts. This part-time role will focus on managing social media activity, amplifying content reach, improving impressions, and leveraging content assets (e.g., books, video recordings) for marketing and client acquisition purposes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the client’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Take pre-recorded videos and create engaging social media content, including video clips, copywriting, and posts.

Support podcast outreach and coordination, helping the client secure guest speaking opportunities.

Use AI tools to repurpose or refine content written or recorded by the client.

Monitor performance metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement to guide content strategy.

Coordinate and execute LinkedIn Ads or similar digital campaigns.

Collaborate directly with the client to shape content calendars and marketing strategies.

Support customer outreach initiatives aligned with brand and business goals.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content strategy.

Proven ability to work independently and remotely with high-level executives.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken (native or near-native proficiency).

Prior experience working with small business owners, entrepreneurs, or professional consultants.

Comfortable using modern AI and content repurposing tools.

Experience creating high-quality marketing content for professional audiences

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with podcast marketing and outreach strategies.

Experience running and analyzing performance from LinkedIn Ads or similar campaigns.

Comfort with tools like Canva, Buffer, ChatGPT, Descript, or similar content automation platforms.

Previous work supporting a thought leader or public speaker is a plus.

AI Content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai)

Social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

Basic video editing tools (e.g., Descript, CapCut, Canva)

Google Workspace

Schedule:12-5 EST 

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-time to start with potential to expand into full-time based on performance.

Flexibility within the client’s working hours (generally 12 PM – 5 PM EST).

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
