The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our team!

Our Paid Media Team manages both strategy and execution for our clients across various paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Display, Spotify, CTV, Native, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting account audits, providing support to campaign managers, and assisting with various tasks related to paid media campaigns. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for digital marketing will be essential to ensure the success of our clients’ advertising efforts.

What you’ll do:

Provides support for a team of up to 10 strategists with updates, account creation, and optimization-related tasks
Conducts and analyzes cross-channel reporting and communicates results to Paid Media Strategists.
Assists with account optimization notes and provides recommendations based on data analysis.
Support Paid Media team members in developing and implementing client deliverables across
Aid in the building of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns with up to 45 launches per month
Perform account audits, create ad hoc reports, and conduct search query analysis for up to 170 properties based on accounts KPIs and client-specific goals.
Work closely with Client Services team to aid in account onboarding.
Assist in tasks to help with account updates, and strategy changes and improve performance.
Support in large account strategy changes and transfers.
Work with others in the Paid Media team and other departments to execute company initiatives and goals.
Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry
Responsible for creative changes and management across all Paid Media channels.

You should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Pay, perks, and such:

Salary Range: $50,000-$66,000
