Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of prompts for generative AI models, especially in the field of voice AI
• Perform tests to improve model performance, accuracy, and relevance of results
• Fine-tune and automate prompts to increase efficiency and consistency
• Analyze usage data and model outputs to enable continuous improvement and data-driven decisions
• Integration and tuning of voice AI systems based on platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs or Deepgram
• Develop, train, and maintain your own voice AI prototypes and workflows
• Observation of current trends and technical developments in the field of generative AI, prompt engineering and language models for the further development of internal strategies

Qualification

• Experience in working with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram or comparable tools
• Knowledge of the integration, control and optimization of voice AI systems
• Experience in implementing your own voice AI projects is a great advantage
• Basic technical knowledge of TypeScript, Python or similar languages is desirable

• Creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative AI interactions
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
