Job Description
Group O is seeking an Analyst in our client’s Data Analytics for aggregating and analyzing various data sets across the organization, including the creation, transformation, and publishing of various recurring and ad hoc reports. This strategic leader will assist in creating presentational content to tell the story of the data for diverse audiences, including senior executive leadership. While this is not a supervisory role, this individual contributor will be critical to the clients strategy and Operations organization’s ability to successfully attain their business goals.
Remote: Anywhere in the USA; Eastern or Central time preferred.
Location: Dallas/Chicago
Key Responsibilities
Additional key responsibilities of this role include:
- Access, review, and generate reports from various systems, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Assist with the development requirements and maintenance of dashboards used to visualize data, including Power BI and Tableau (Salesforce).
- Utilize SQL and Snowflake-Databricks to pull and analyze data effectively.
- Analyze volume shifts for trends and proactively report on drivers
- Assist with developing presentations and storytelling that outline the volumes, trends, and themes.
- Demonstrates curiosity and proactively leverages AI and emerging technologies to enhance project work and drive impact.
- Additional work related to the analysis of the data, such as engaging stakeholders and partners cross-departmentally to understand potential opportunities with systems, processes, or people, as needed. Communicate with other departments for in-depth reviews (e.g., Finance/Rev. Assurance, Marketing, Product, IT Analytics).
- Provide Operations metrics and data support employee process improvement initiatives and other business cases tied to reducing escalations.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex policies and processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
Job Qualifications
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 4 – 5+ years of experience
- BS in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Data Science, or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint
