Job Description

  • Lead design across web & native app: Deliver end-to-end UX and UI for features that drive customer engagement, product discovery, and retention.

  • Champion the customer: Use customer insights, behavioral data, and research to shape decisions and create intuitive, high-performing experiences.

  • Balance craft with speed: Apply best-in-class UX design while making smart trade-offs to keep momentum high and ship impactful work quickly.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CRM to deliver seamless, customer-first journeys.

  • Elevate our design practice: Set a high bar for craft and detail, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, polished, and on-brand.

  • Bring the brand to life: Translate Beauty Pie’s unique voice and aesthetic into digital experiences that achieve our business goals.

  • Test, learn, iterate: Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to validate ideas and continuously improve.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • Cross-platform track record: Designed and shipped both web and native mobile features in a B2C or D2C environment.

    • Design excellence: Strong visual design skills with the ability to simplify complex flows.

    • Data-savvy: Comfortable working with data and insights to guide decisions.

    • Collaborative mindset: Skilled at stakeholder management and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

    • Research capability: Experience running user research focused on critical questions.

    • Experimentation mindset: Hands-on experience designing and learning from research and experimentation.

    • Can-do attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a scale-up setting.

    • Brand-aware: Motivated to understand and translate the Beauty Pie brand into standout experiences.
