Senior Backend Developer (Java or .NET) : Bee Talents

Our client carries out advanced, data- and calculation-heavy implementations of commission systems for large organizations, working on complex computational logic and demanding data.

At the same time, the company is undergoing a strategic transformation – from a service model to building its own SaaS product, which is to set a new standard on the market.

The goal is to create an audit-ready platform that provides deterministic and accurate commission settlements, while providing behavioral and performance insights aimed directly at sales teams.

The product is created from scratch – architecture, technological foundations and key decisions are actively designed.

Terms of cooperation:

🎯 Position: Senior Backend Developer (Java or .NET)

📍 Location: 100% remote (overlap required ~4h with MST Time – start work between 6:00-8:00 in the morning of their time)

🕒 Operating mode: remote

🇬🇧 Work language: English (B2/C1)

Your role and responsibilities

• Work only on a new product (greenfield).
• Close cooperation with the Head of Architecture.
• Implementation of backend services according to the established architecture.
• Building scalable, cloud-native services.
• Work with deterministic, calculation-heavy business logic.
• A strong emphasis on testing, performance, correctness and predictability of the system’s operation.

The biggest challenges

• Financial-critical and audit-sensitive systems.
• Complex data pipelines.
• Logic highly sensitive to performance and precision of calculations.
• Work in an environment where correctness > feature velocity.

Your experience

• Min. 6 years of experience in backend development.
• Very good knowledge of Java or .NET / C#.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot + REST APIs or ASP.NET Core, background workers, async pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Practical knowledge of cloud-native environments.
• High quality awareness: testing, performance, stability.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in financial or settlement systems.
• Work with large volumes of data.
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Messaging / event-driven architecture.
