Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Sales Operator to support daily sales activities while working closely with the founder.
This role is not strategic or managerial. It is ideal for someone who thrives in execution—actively reaching out to prospects, following up, organizing pipelines, and driving deals forward.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building sales momentum through consistent outreach, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities
- Build, organize, and maintain a clean, active sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and support deal progression through consistent follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with the founder on daily execution (call preparation, scheduling, next steps)
- Ensure no opportunities are missed or neglected
- Track all interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records
- Continuously refine outreach messaging based on performance and feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (B2B preferred)
- Proven experience in hands-on execution (cold outreach, follow-ups, pipeline management)
- Comfortable performing daily outbound activities consistently (email, LinkedIn, messaging)
- Strong experience in lead generation and qualification
- Ability to manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Skilled at progressing conversations from initial outreach to meetings and next steps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
