About the Role

The company is looking for a hands-on performance marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to execute, iterate, and scale efficiently. This is a highly execution-driven role, ideal for someone who can take ownership of existing high-performing campaigns and push them to the next level.

Working directly with the CMO, the successful candidate will focus on accelerating growth by optimizing current channels while also identifying and scaling new acquisition opportunities. There is strong potential to experiment across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, native networks, and Apple Search Ads, depending on performance and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Scaling Support

  • Assist in managing and optimizing core paid acquisition channels (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms)
  • Support the development of scalable acquisition funnels, ensuring proper tracking and data collection
  • Contribute to ongoing testing cycles by preparing creatives, organizing assets, and setting up audience experiments

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign and funnel performance using tools like GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards
  • Identify and flag performance changes or anomalies in a timely manner
  • Collect, clean, and structure data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to support regular performance reviews
  • Maintain and update internal reporting systems and dashboards

Creative & Funnel Contribution

  • Support the creative briefing process by translating performance data into actionable insights
  • Work with product and content teams to assist in launching and testing landing pages
  • Contribute to improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel iteration
  • Help document and implement processes that improve creative testing speed and efficiency

Partnerships & Market Awareness

  • Build initial relationships with traffic source representatives, supporting senior team members in communication and reporting
  • Research new acquisition opportunities, including platforms, formats, and tools
  • Stay up to date with platform policies, algorithm updates, and market trends

Candidate Profile

Core Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Basic familiarity with major advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Strong ability to learn new tools, platforms, and systems quickly
  • Solid analytical mindset, with comfort working with data (Excel or similar tools)
  • Good understanding of what makes effective ad creatives and messaging

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA
  • Exposure to analytics or tracking tools (e.g. GA4, Voluum, or platform-native dashboards)
  • Experience in more sensitive or regulated industries (e.g. dating, femtech, telehealth)
