• Telephone consultation & sales of, for example, inpatient hospital supplementary insurance
• Working with customer inventories and cross-selling additional products
• Working exclusively with hot leads – NO cold calling

qualification

• Completed vocational training or a degree , ideally in the fields of sales, economics, banking or insurance .
• Several years of experience in sales, e.g. as a customer advisor, specialist consultant or in similar roles.
• A down-to-earth and reliable attitude that focuses on sustainable success .
• Ideally, the target age group is 25 to 40 years old, preferably with a family background .
• Strong communication skills, closing skills and a healthy level of self-motivation .
• Ability to balance work and leisure and to switch off at the weekend.
