Company Overview

Our client is a software company that helps property managers inspect properties and turn what they find into clear, shareable reports. They’ve been at it for over ten years, profitable and self-funded the whole way, and today tens of thousands of people use it, together capturing over 100 million inspection photos. They’re now putting real energy into paid social, and this role builds the creative behind it.

Your Role

Paid social is a new channel for a product like this, and the hard part is easy to say and tricky to do: explain an operational tool without making ads that feel technical or corporate. You own the fun, social-first concepts, from the first spark of an idea to the finished creative. You learn how customers actually work, find the human tension inside their problems, and turn it into something people want to watch. This is not a make-briefs-and-wait role: you carry an idea from spark to finished ad and care how it lands. You do not need to master every craft; you define the outcome, keep the idea intact, and judge the work that reaches the audience.

You’ll

  • Come up with social-first ad concepts and hooks that earn attention in the first few seconds
  • Turn a dry, operational insight into something relatable, funny, or genuinely fun to watch
  • Make the work: writing, filming on a phone, editing, or directing a freelancer or AI tool, whatever the idea needs
  • Write clear briefs so a creator, editor, or tool can run with an idea without losing it
  • Test variations and let what the audience responds to shape what you make next
  • Keep every finished ad accurate, clear, and relevant to the people who might buy

You Bring

  • A real feel for short-form video and social content, shown through anything you’ve made: side projects, a personal account, school, freelance, or a job
  • An instinct for hooks: you get why a video keeps someone watching past the first seconds
  • Clear writing, enough to brief an idea so someone else executes it faithfully
  • Comfort being hands-on where it helps, without needing to be an expert at every part
  • You actively use AI tools in your creative work, and can say how
  • Good spoken and written English, since the team is US-based and fully remote

Years are not the point here; instinct and taste are.

Bonus Points

  • Creative for B2B or SaaS, or any product people think is unglamorous
  • A sense for paid-social performance: hook rate, retention, testing
  • Any brush with property management, real estate, or field services

What’s Offered

  • Fully remote, anywhere in LATAM with a few hours of overlap with US Pacific time
  • Part-time or full-time, whatever fits; the work matters more than the hours
  • What we’d estimate for a role like this: around $1,500 to $2,500 USD/month for full-time (roughly $9 to $14 per hour), paid weekly in USD as a contractor. Part-time is welcome and paid hourly. Share the range that fits your level and we’ll go from there
  • Up to 20 days paid time off a year (prorated for part-time)
  • Real creative ownership: your ideas ship and reach audiences in weeks, not quarters
