Collaboration Overview
Duelbits is looking to collaborate with a Senior Acquisition Marketing Executive to help scale and optimise our customer acquisition ecosystem across casino, sportsbook, and prediction markets.
In this collaboration, you’ll take ownership of high-impact acquisition channels, including paid media, affiliates, streamers, creators, influencers, and performance partnerships, with a clear focus on traffic quality, FTD growth, CPA efficiency, and long-term value.
The collaboration works closely alongside the Head of Acquisition on strategy, execution, and optimisation, with shared accountability for driving acquisition performance.
This is a performance-driven engagement for someone who thrives on testing, optimisation, negotiation, and scaling what works while decisively cutting what doesn’t.
Scope of Services
Acquisition Channel Growth & Optimisation
- Manage and optimise day-to-day performance across paid media, affiliates, programmatic, streamers, creators, and influencer channels.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new acquisition partners including agencies, creators, affiliate networks, and publishers.
- Test and scale new channels, formats, creatives, partner models, and geographies to diversify and grow FTD-driving traffic.
- Optimise budgets, bids, payouts, and partner structures to maximise ROI and player quality.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging acquisition opportunities across crypto, casino, sports betting, esports, and prediction markets.
- Coordinate with product marketing, CRM, BI, and creative contacts to align offers, messaging, and channel strategy.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Own acquisition performance dashboards and reporting across all channels.
- Analyse channel- and partner-level metrics including FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, player quality, and incremental uplift.
- Conduct deep-dive performance reviews and propose corrective or scaling actions.
- Run cohort and retention analyses to understand long-term value by channel and acquisition type.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights with clear recommendations.
Partner, Affiliate & Creator Collaboration
- Build and manage relationships with affiliates, streamers, creators, agencies, and media partners.
- Provide partners with creatives, tracking links, offers, and operational guidelines.
- Manage rate cards, commercial terms, payouts, and performance-based incentive structures.
- Ensure partnerships operate with accurate tracking, attribution, and compliance standards.
- Support commercial discussions and ensure partners meet agreed deliverables.
Testing, Experimentation & Innovation
- Lead structured experimentation across acquisition channels: creative testing, offer testing, audience segmentation, new partner types, and new geographies.
- Develop hypotheses, analyse results with BI, and turn insights into scalable actions.
- Identify emerging trends across crypto, Web3, esports, streaming, and creator ecosystems.
- Drive continuous optimisation through data-backed experimentation.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate closely with BI to refine attribution models, measurement frameworks, and channel economics.
- Coordinate with CRM to optimise onboarding journeys and maximise early-stage conversion.
- Work with creative teams to develop and iterate best-performing assets.
- Support product marketing with acquisition insights and user behaviour analysis.
Required Capabilities
The following capabilities are imperative for this collaboration:
Experience & Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, crypto, fintech, or performance-driven digital environments.
- Strong understanding of paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, and programmatic acquisition.
- Proven success scaling measurable acquisition channels in fast-moving environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with confidence using dashboards, tracking systems, and attribution tools.
- Strong command of Excel/Sheets; SQL, Looker, GA, Tableau, or similar tools are a strong advantage.
- Commercial instincts with experience negotiating partner terms and improving margins.
