THE ROLE
This is a flexible, freelance role supporting Sofar Studios’ brand partnerships team in delivering paid social campaigns against contractually guaranteed impression and view targets.You’ll be hands-on and execution-led: building and QA-ing campaigns across Meta and TikTok, monitoring delivery pacing daily against guaranteed KPIs, and stepping in quickly with budget reallocation or targeting adjustments when a campaign is at risk of under- or over-delivering. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Creative Operations (your day-to-day line) on execution, and with the VP and Managing Director of Sofar Studios on strategy and client-facing reporting.
Workload is variable and tied to the brand partnerships pipeline. Some weeks you may be managing a single campaign, others several running concurrently for different brands, so this role suits someone who can flex hours to campaign intensity, work independently between check-ins, and flag risk proactively rather than waiting for a scheduled report.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Meta and TikTok, from build to launch, ensuring correct setup across objectives, budgets, targeting, placements, exclusions, and tracking
- Track pacing daily against contracted delivery guarantees (impressions/views), flagging under- or over-delivery risk early enough to act on it
- Reallocate budget and adjust targeting/placements in real time to protect guaranteed numbers when a campaign is off-pace
- Maintain strong execution standards, including campaign QA, platform setup checks, and tracking hygiene
- Maintain a live tracker of guaranteed vs. delivered metrics across all concurrently running brand campaigns
- Provide timely performance updates, reporting, and commentary tailored to client needs (weekly/quarterly as required)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Content, Operations) to ensure integrated delivery
Who you are:
- 2-3 years of experience working with paid social platforms, primarily Meta, with exposure to Google and/or TikTok
- Experience with guaranteed-delivery campaigns
- Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns for different clients/brands
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting platform data and producing clear insights (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to run execution without constant oversight
- Comfortable with variable workload
£35 – £50 an hour
