Job Description

Pip Decks is on the lookout for an imaginative and energetic part-time Creative Video Content Creator who’s ready to take center stage in our content production. We’re excited to find someone who brings a lighthearted, humorous touch to our brand and has a flair for creating engaging, high-quality video content for our ads and social media channels.

If you love creating sketches, have experience going viral, and are deeply engaged in social media, we want to see what you can do!

Quick Note: We’re asking creators to record a video application to show us why they’d be a great fit for the Pip Decks brand. Feel free to be creative—this is your chance to shine and show us how you’ll fit into our dynamic team. Don’t forget to share examples of your previous work!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop High-Quality Content: Create engaging and entertaining video content in 4K, producing at least 3 ads per week.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Content Ideation: Generate and brainstorm new ideas for sketches and ads, contributing creatively even if you’re not scripting them.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with our team to maintain brand consistency and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Traits:

• Quality Production: Ability to shoot content at a high standard with a variety of locations (green screen, home/office).
• Creative Thinker: Strong ability to generate ideas and keep up with social media trends.
• Engaging Personality: Lighthearted, humorous, high-energy, and enthusiastic about educating and entertaining audiences.
• Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working with others and values team success over personal ego.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience producing for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Experience We’re Looking For:

• Content Creation: Previous experience making sketches and going viral on social platforms.
• Social Following: Existing loyal social following is a plus.
• Versatility: Ability to use different shooting locations to avoid repetitive content.
