About This Role
We are looking for a Creator Success Manager who is passionate about the creator economy and helping creators grow their income. You will be the primary point of contact for creators on the KeyMik platform — onboarding them, matching them with brand opportunities, and ensuring they deliver exceptional campaign results.
What You Will Do
- Onboard new creators to the KeyMik platform and ensure successful setup
- Match creators with relevant brand opportunities based on niche and audience
- Support creators through the deal negotiation and contracting process
- Review creator content for brand compliance before submission
- Track creator performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators
- Identify and recruit new creators to the platform
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years experience in creator relations, talent management, or influencer marketing
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and major social platforms
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with contracts and legal agreements
- Ability to manage a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

- Personal experience as a content creator
- Existing network of creators across niches
- Experience with creator monetization strategies
- Background in talent management or entertainment
