We are looking for reinforcement for our “Customer Success” department. Have you ever worked in this field or is it the area you can well imagine for your next career step? Then you’ve come to the right place!
In Customer Success, you will support our new customers in their first use of our systems, answer technical inquiries and in particular focus on the successes of our customers in using our products.

We turn SIDES customers into enthusiastic customers !!

  • You will be part of a permanent team in which our customers will be supported by you and your colleagues with technical and general questions
  • You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, answering their inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Of course, we will introduce you to this task with onboarding
  • You provide information, solve customer concerns promptly and always keep a cool head
  • You will forward more complex inquiries to internal specialist teams
  • You document customer interactions and solutions clearly and concisely. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of SIDES’ customer support processes.Your profile

What you’ll add to our team:

  • We would be happy if you already have experience in supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or similar environment. Of course, you can also familiarize yourself with this area with us. Your interest in the task counts.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support or account management is a plus
  • You think in a solution-oriented way and keep a cool head in dynamic situations
  • You are customer-oriented and have a feel for your customers’ problems and enjoy solving them
  • German and English, both written and spoken, is important to us, and other European languages are an advantage.
