About the company
We are a fast-growing DTC eCommerce company from Germany. A small team, managing an international brand.
We generate 7-figure monthly revenues through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo, and we’re now looking for a E-Commerce Growth Manager who can help scale our Meta ad spend from $600K/month to the next level – while keeping performance strong.
You’ll work directly with our founders and creative team to test new angles, scale winners, and shape the overall paid media strategy.
About the role
Your core job is media buying. Your edge is that you read the full funnel: you know exactly where performance comes from and where it dips, whether that’s creative, landing page, offer, or tracking.
You get real ownership, direct access to the founders, and scope that grows as the brands grow. If you’re hungry to take a funnel and an offer and squeeze the most out of them, this is your role.
This is a full-time, fully remote position, open worldwide. Partial overlap with GMT+2 working hours is required (not the full day).
What You’ll Own
- Meta media buying end-to-end: structure, testing, budgets, scaling.
- Daily performance analysis: know where every dip and lift comes from.
- Full-funnel metrics: CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, from first click to upsells.
- CRO testing: you spot drop-offs and prioritize tests, a funnel builder implements.
- Offer tweaks: propose and test pricing, bundles, and upsell adjustments.
- Creative feedback loop: tell the creative team what’s working and what to test next.
This Role Is NOT
- Creative direction (a dedicated creative team owns hooks and production).
- Funnel building (you direct the tests, you don’t build the pages).
- Operations (no inventory, fulfillment, or marketplaces).
- Reporting-only (you’re in the account every day).
About you
This is What You Bring
- Proven Meta media buying on DTC accounts, ideally at 4-figure+ daily budgets.
- Fluency in funnel metrics and tracking (Triple Whale, WeTracked, or similar).
- Direct response instincts: VSLs, advertorials, upsell flows.
- Hunger to grow with a small team, not coast inside a big one.
- Eager to operate and learn independently, spot problems early, and fix them without escalation.
- Attention to detail, great communication, love for the responsive nature of MetaAds
