We are currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to raise the bar of results together.

Key areas of responsibility:
— Ideation : generation of the visual component of the creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team;
— Production : development of creatives for product promotion in advertising networks;
— Cooperation : close cooperation with the marketing department and discussion of ideas for improving the work of existing creatives;
— Experiments : testing new tools, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work;
— Creative research : analysis of advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design;
— Analytics : Analysis of creatives and building hypotheses based on their results.

Our expectations from candidates:
— Commercial experience — from 1 year will be a plus;
— Practical knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;
— Ability to create templates in Figma, work with components and libraries;
— Practical knowledge of Ai (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Remini, Sora) and similar;
— Understanding of the rules of composition, typography and color;
— High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements;
— Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project;
— Competent assessment of time and resources required to complete tasks, independent time management skills.
