The Role
Digible is seeking a passionate Social Media Strategist to join our team. Our Organic Media Team manages SEO strategy and execution, as well as social media accounts (organic content) for over 500 monthly active clients, with rapid scaling anticipated over the next 24 months.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will plan, create, and execute organic social media content for apartment communities across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to join a growing startup and develop content service offerings for the agency. You will manage 30+ social media accounts monthly, including posting, monitoring comments, and implementing client feedback. Additionally, you will create, deploy, and report on email marketing campaigns, working closely with our core team across multiple markets and contributing to Digible’s company roadmap.

What You’ll Do
Handle social media content creation, community building, and brand awareness for apartment communities across the U.S., including single-family homes, student housing, and 55+ communities.
Plan, craft, and manage a monthly social media content calendar for around 30 clients in the student housing, senior living, and multifamily industry, averaging 2-4 posts per property per week (both Instagram and Facebook).
Track and analyze channel and overall performance for continued optimization.
Create, deploy, and report on email marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on new technologies and changes in social media, particularly within the multifamily industry, and incorporate them into campaigns.
Support company-wide organic social media initiatives.

You Should Have
3+ years of social media, content marketing, or relevant digital marketing experience (agency experience is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
Proven excellence in writing for digital and creative storytelling.
Experience running social media across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Experience with scheduling and monitoring tools like Hootsuite, Eclincher, Later, or SoCi.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media management tools.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
Graphic design experience.
Sense of humor and appreciation for puns.
Ability to learn quickly, a growth mindset, and a values-driven personality.

  • Salary Range: $66,000-$80,000
