About the Position

At Tenpo, we are looking for our next Talent Management Analyst . Their main mission will be to ensure the operational excellence of Talent Management processes, managing performance, learning, leadership, and talent development cycles, guaranteeing the quality and traceability of information.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire performance cycle operation, ensuring compliance with deadlines, evaluations, and conversations between leaders and teams.
• Administer the LMS platform and manage the offering of cross-functional courses for the development of all teams.
• Provide operational follow-up to succession initiatives, career plans and individual development plans (IDPs).
• Create dashboards and key reports on performance and talent to facilitate decision-making.
• Optimize and automate processes in the area using digital tools and artificial intelligence.
• To guide and continuously support leaders and collaborators in the use of talent tools.

What do you need to apply?

• Hold a degree in Psychology (Organizational mention) or related fields.
• Previous experience managing comprehensive performance cycles and administering LMS platforms such as Buk or similar.
• Intermediate level of English.
