What your week will look like:

As a Technical Recruiter, your week involves meeting developers from around the world to identify the best talents for Proxify. Here’s a snapshot:

Conduct at least 20 screening interviews per week. Weekends are game-on for us!

Present Proxify, share opportunities, and discuss our business model during meetings.

Assess whether developers align with our standards, core values, and work methods. Dive deep into their experience, technical skills, and potential. You will also negotiate terms, conditions, and compensation, while managing developer expectations.

Select the best developers, progressing them through stages until making the ultimate hiring decision.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

Have experience in technical recruiting for roles requiring high technical capacities, such as Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics

Are people-oriented, psychologically attuned, and have excellent proficiency in English

Demonstrate a hunger for knowledge, swiftly integrating new insights into your work.

Possess a technical background and understanding, enabling you to ask advanced questions about tech experience

Approach problems with an analytical mindsetHigh level of ownership, grit, maturity, confidentiality and attention to detail

Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, terminology, and industry trends

Oh and we would absolutely love it if you:

Are bringing previous SaaS/Tech experience or relevant industry background

Have 2+ years of previous recruitment experience

Are accustomed to a work-from-home environment

Have a talkative and outgoing personality

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Work Hours: This is a gig role, and the payment structure operates on an hourly rate for interviews. On average, you will conduct 20-30 interviews per week (15-20 hours). Additional interviews are also possible based on volume and motivation. We aim to offer developers 24/7 availability for scheduling screening calls. This role is specifically focused on covering hours outside of CET (Central European Time) business hours.
