Job Description
About the company
We’re not a clinic. We’re not a spa. We’re a growing wellness group operating three distinct brands – Carisma Spa & Wellness, Carisma Aesthetics, and Carisma Slimming , all serving women across Malta who want real transformation in their lives. We’re a team that moves fast, tests faster, and holds ourselves accountable to results not impressions, not likes, not “brand awareness.” Real growth. Real revenue. Real impact on real women’s lives. Our Values Results over aesthetics. We love beautiful creative , but not more than creative that converts. If it looks good and performs bad, it’s going in the bin. If it looks simple and scales, it’s our new control. Owners, not employees. We don’t have people waiting to be told what to do. We have people who spot a problem, fix it, and build a system so it never comes back. Speed + learning. Ship it. Measure it. Learn. Iterate. We don’t spend two weeks perfecting a concept that hasn’t touched a real audience yet. Honest data. If a campaign is dying, say it’s dying. No spin. No politics. Just numbers and next steps.
About the role
This is the role that ties everything together.
You’ll lead creative strategy across all three Carisma brands not as a coordinator, but as the person who determines what concepts we test, which angles win, how our budgets move, and how the creative team executes. You’ll sit at the intersection of audience psychology, performance data, and brand direction. You’ll brief the team, review the results, and make calls on what to scale and what to cut. This isn’t a creative role that hands off to media buyers and hopes for the best. This is a growth role that uses creative as its primary lever.
What You’ll Do Lead
-Creative strategy across Carisma Spa, Carisma Aesthetics, and Carisma Slimming – three distinct audiences, three distinct tones, one cohesive performance framework Develop concepts, hooks, and angles that stop the scroll for women in Malta across Meta and Google Ads .
– Manage the creative team, Brief designers and video editors, give clear direction, hold people to deadlines and output quality.
– Own the testing pipeline – we always have fresh concepts ready to deploy; you’re accountable for that queue never running dry.
-Monitor and interpret performance data – Identify what’s working, what’s dying, and why Optimize budget allocation across brands and campaigns in collaboration with whoever is running media buying
– Coordinate across brands — maintain creative differentiation between Spa, Aesthetics, and Slimming without letting them bleed together
– Maintain a creative knowledge base, what works for our audiences, what doesn’t, what we’ve already tested
About you
3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, preferably in wellness, beauty, aesthetics, or a related vertical
A portfolio of work — specifically ads you created that scaled, with performance data to back it up
Strong copywriting skills. You can write a headline that stops someone mid-scroll. You understand direct response. Genuine understanding of Meta’s creative ecosystem — short-form video, static, UGC, what each format does and when to use it
Experience managing a creative team — briefing, feedback, timelines, output standards
Comfort with data — you know how to read a Meta dashboard and extract a decision, not just a number
Ability to hold creative direction across multiple brands without losing brand voice consistency Bonus: Background in women’s wellness, aesthetics, beauty, or lifestyle brands Experience with multi-brand or multi-market creative operations Knowledge of the Maltese or Southern European market Media buying experience or deep familiarity with how media buyers think
This Role Is Not For You If…
You measure success by how much your creative costs to produce You need weeks to develop a concept You treat feedback on your work as criticism of your identity
You separate “strategy” from “execution” — here, you do both You’re not comfortable being held accountable to revenue metrics Compensation
Timings – Mon to Fri, 9 AM TO 6 PM Europe Time Zone ( not limited to)
What’s in it for you?
Performance bonus tied to campaign results across brands
Real ownership over a growing creative operation — not a committee decision in sight
Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy, no middle layers
Flexibility to work remotely with structured team check-ins
The chance to build and lead a creative function that genuinely moves the needle for three growing brands
