We are seeking a HubSpot Expert to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our HubSpot ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for building workflows, managing pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling teams to effectively use HubSpot across marketing, sales, and customer success.
The ideal candidate combines technical HubSpot expertise, CRM strategy, and operational excellence to create scalable systems that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Implementation & Management
- Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot
- Manage HubSpot CRM architecture, including contacts, deals, and custom objects
- Implement new HubSpot features, integrations, and tools
- Ensure proper system governance and scalability
Workflow & Automation Development
- Design and implement HubSpot workflows and automation
- Build automated processes for:
- Lead nurturing
- Lifecycle stage management
- Sales notifications
- Customer onboarding
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency
Pipeline & Sales Process Management
- Build and manage sales pipelines aligned with the company’s sales process
- Define deal stages, properties, and reporting structures
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
Data Management & CRM Hygiene
- Ensure data integrity, organization, and consistency within HubSpot
- Conduct ongoing data cleaning, deduplication, and normalization
- Design and maintain data governance standards and naming conventions
- Implement tools and workflows to maintain clean data
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports
- Provide insights into:
- Sales performance
- Marketing attribution
- Pipeline health
- Customer lifecycle metrics
- Help teams make data-driven decisions
Team Training & Enablement
- Train sales, marketing, and customer success teams on HubSpot best practices
- Develop internal documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Act as the HubSpot subject matter expert for the organization
Integration & Systems Operations
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Treble Ai, etc.)
- Ensure data synchronization across platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years working with HubSpot CRM
- Experience building workflows, pipelines, and automation
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and lifecycle management
- Experience with data cleaning and CRM governance
- Ability to translate business processes into technical CRM solutions
Preferred
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Admin, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)
- Experience with RevOps / Marketing Ops / Sales Ops
- Familiarity with API integrations or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience implementing HubSpot for scaling teams
Compensation
$2,000 USD per month (remote, full-time)
