About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Systems & Website Specialist who understands that a website is not simply a collection of pages, but a critical lead generation and business development platform.

This role will take ownership of our website operations and marketing systems infrastructure, ensuring that technical implementation, website execution and marketing operations are delivered efficiently and consistently.

The objective of this role is to become the operational owner of our marketing infrastructure, allowing our Marketing Manager to focus on growth strategy, AI visibility, market positioning, sales enablement architecture and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will complete a structured onboarding period of approximately two weeks to become fully familiar with our website architecture, internal processes, brand standards and lead generation ecosystem before progressively taking ownership of day-to-day execution.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with our SEO, content and leadership teams to support marketing operations, lead generation and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Website Execution (Primary Responsibility)

This is the core focus of the role.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and development of our two WordPress websites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and editing pages using Divi
  • Creating service pages and landing pages from approved briefs
  • Implementing website architecture and internal linking structures defined by the Marketing Manager
  • Managing Divi Theme Builder templates, headers, footers and dynamic content structures
  • Configuring and maintaining dynamic content, custom fields and conditional content logic
  • Implementing conversion rate optimisation improvements, including CTAs, forms and page layout enhancements
  • Performing website updates, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring website functionality and proactively identifying issues before they impact performance
  • Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user experience standards

Technical Marketing Operations (Secondary Responsibility)

You will support the technical implementation of marketing initiatives and lead generation systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead magnet deployment and maintenance
  • Tally.so implementation and management
  • Form embedding, workflow setup and gated content configuration
  • Technical SEO implementation in coordination with our SEO specialist
  • Meta title and meta description implementation
  • Indexation monitoring and basic schema implementation
  • Crawl error monitoring and issue escalation
  • Email marketing execution, including campaign setup, template implementation and list management
  • Google Analytics monitoring and basic event validation
  • Flagging technical anomalies, website issues or tracking concerns

Marketing Asset Production (Secondary Responsibility)

You will support the production and formatting of marketing and sales assets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead magnet formatting and PDF production
  • Sales collateral formatting and production
  • Presentation design support
  • Marketing one-pagers and supporting materials
  • Document formatting and visual consistency

Success in This Role

Success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Keep both websites accurate, functional and technically healthy
  • Deliver website updates and marketing requests efficiently
  • Produce landing pages and service pages to a consistently high standard
  • Implement marketing initiatives without creating bottlenecks
  • Maintain strong operational quality and process discipline
  • Proactively identify and solve technical issues
  • Follow documented processes and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Significantly reduce the Marketing Manager’s involvement in day-to-day website execution

About you

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience building and maintaining websites using Divi
  • Solid understanding of Divi Theme Builder and dynamic content functionality
  • Strong WordPress operational knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong visual and web design sensibility
  • Understanding of conversion-focused website design
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including:

    • Internal linking
    • Metadata
    • Indexation
    • Technical SEO basics

  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with Divi 5
  • Familiarity with Tally.so
  • Experience working with marketing funnels and lead generation systems
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and automation workflows
  • Experience producing marketing or sales collateral
  • Understanding of CRO principles and lead generation best practices

  • Content strategy
  • SEO strategy
  • Paid advertising strategy
  • Campaign planning
  • Website development or custom coding

These areas remain owned by the Growth Director and specialist team members.

This role focuses on implementation, execution, operational excellence and marketing systems management.
