We build your startups with talented founders, from the idea to a validated digital product, to €10,000 monthly revenue with investor potential.

We are currently looking for individuals – no cover letters or certificates required – who can support us in the area of ​​sales.

Our goal: to grow to €200,000 in monthly revenue together with you. 🚀

Tasks

• You will contact at least 200 warm leads daily (inbound & outbound) that we provide for you.
• You can immediately recognize whether a lead is a FounderBlocks fit – or not – through crystal-clear qualifications.
• You build trust and curiosity among our target customers.
• You schedule qualified sales calls.

qualification

• You already have sales experience – ideally in setting, cold calling or direct outreach.
• “Impossible is nothing” mindset – you stick with it until the call comes through.
• Teamwork makes the dream work – you think in terms of win-win and “we” instead of “me, me, me”.
• Excellent German (spoken and written), good English is an advantage
• Experience with CRM systems
